HOW TO MAKE THE PANCAKES: Use
½ cup pancake mix, ½ cup fat free milk, ¼ cup Egg Beater, ½ cup Stoneyfield
Farm Yogurt, and ¼ cup milled flaxseed (for total of 2400 Omega 3 oils and
fiber). Stir ingredients until it becomes a smooth batter. Makes four 6”
pancakes. |
