HOW TO MAKE A FRITTATA:
Sauté in frying pan 1 cup thawed frozen spinach; ¼ cup chopped red bell
pepper, ¼ cup chopped onion. And ½ cup Egg Beaters and lay two slices of
cheese fortified with Calcium and Vitamin D. Cover pan and serve when Egg
