SUITE SASSY SHRIMP & PASTA
INGREDIENTS:

– Red Bell Pepper

– Yellow Bell Pepper
1
– Onion
1
– Whole Garlic
1
– 16 oz. pkg. of Mushrooms
1
– Bunch of Asparagus
1
– pkg. Frozen Spinach
4
oz. ¼ cup Olive oil
Feta
Cheese
1
– Lemon or Lime
1
to 2 lbs. Pre-Cooked Shrimp
PREPARATION:
Heat
olive oil in a skillet until oil is smoking hot then sauté vegetables in the
oil. Crush the fresh garlic and add while vegetables are sautéing. You can add
more or delete some of the vegetables if you choose. Next, select your favorite
pasta and cook to your liking. When done, stir in cooked vegetables. Just
before serving, stir in the Feta Cheese and lemon or lime juice and serve with homemade
bread and garden salad.
