SUITE ASIAN CHICKEN WRAP

INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup Shredded cooked chicken

½ tsp. Hoisin sauce

1 tsp. Rice vinegar

1 tbs. Olive oil

1 to 2 tsp Crushed garlic

6 Kalamata olives – chopped

½ cup Sliced mushrooms

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup Mozzarella cheese

¼ cup Chopped onion

2 cups Purple Cabbage - shredded

 

PREPARATION:

Mix the Hoisin sauce and Rice vinegar together in small bowl and set aside. Sauté all ingredients, except the Rice vinegar, Hoisin sauce, and mozzarella cheese, over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add the Hoisin sauce and Rice vinegar, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over mixture and cover with lid. Remove from heat and let stand until cheese is melted then divide mixture on to two large tortilla multi-grain wraps. Wrap it up and serve.
