LITE AND EASY RAISIN BREAD

 

INGREDIENTS:

˝ cup Raisins

˝ cup Apple Sauce (chunky)

2 Eggs

˝ cup Vanilla Yogurt

2 tbsp Canola Oil

1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring

1 cup Plain Flour

1 cup Multi-grain Flour

1 ˝ tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

 

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients.  Then combine wet ingredients to dry and stir to mix well, but not over stir. Put ingredients in well greased baking loaf pan or clay bread baker. Bake 30 minutes.

 

WOW! The taste will knock your socks off. It is light and soft to eat. Lightly toast and spread a little butter or margarine and you have the breakfast taste you’ve always dreamed of.
