SUITE PINEAPPLE PIE
INGREDIENTS:
1 graham cracker pie shell
1 can crushed pineapple
(partially drained)
8 oz. sour cream
1 large box fat free,
sugar free vanilla pudding
Cool Whip or whipped
topping
PREPARATION:
In bowl, mix sour cream
and pineapple, stirring together, then gently stir in dry pudding. Pour mixture
in pie shell, cool and refrigerate overnight. Note: The can of pineapple may be
refrigerated ahead of time to get cold, if you desire. If you are going to eat
pie immediately, spread whip cream or cool whip over pie prior to serving,
otherwise, add to pie with each serving.
This
pie is delicious and refreshing
